Yin and Yang of Nutritional Balancing Science

Currently, we are experiencing a time where nearly everyone is heavily yin-influenced (female) and yang (male) deficient, simply because our environment has tipped dramatically in a yin (female) direction.

For example, most toxins are extremely yin because they disrupt life – and we have more toxins in our environment today than at any other point in history. Thus, we are extremely yin orientation and thus yang deficient.


Other yin influences include invading influences like bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. Most medicinal drugs, almost all herbs, even fruits, isolated vitamins (which is to say, vitamins in pill form rather than naturally occurring in whole foods) and isolated minerals are also yin.

​Refined foods make our diets very yin, and we currently eat more simple carbohydrate and wheat products than ever before.


Thus if you are experiencing, fatigue, yeast infections, depression, weight gain, low thyroid or adrenal gland function, constipation,
declining libido, or impotence, or particularly if you have been diagnosed with high levels of copper in your blood, you are likely experiencing a yang deficiency and a yin overload that needs to be resolved.

In Short!

In short? It is extremely likely that your yin and yang energy is unbalanced toward the yin side (female side) and invoking more yang energy into your life would be beneficial. However, it is impossible to determine exactly what level of imbalance you are currently experiencing without testing you.

While most people in our society will have an excess of yin (female) energy and thus be yang deficient, there are still situations where you might develop an excess of yang energy (
even though our entire society is dripping with yin), and in either event, we'd need to determine the exact magnitude of the imbalance to help you adjust back to optimum levels.

To get tested, simply contact me directly and we can determine how extreme the imbalance is, in which direction you are being too heavily influenced (either yin or yang), and plan a course of action to introduce more of the opposite type of energy to balance you and restore your health.

Please note that there is only one nutritional balancing science, developed by Dr. Paul Eck. All other claims made by other practitioners, not approved by Dr. Lawrence Wilson on his site, have altered Dr. Eck's principles and as such have no in depth understanding of the science, which is very unfortunate.  

Further, altering even one aspect of a nutritional balancing program often ruins it rather completely.  This could be substituting different products that you like better, skipping an aspect of the diet or the supplements, or implementing other diets, such as GAPS OR PALEO, OR something else that people do all the time, such for example using other forms of meditation, other than what is recommended by Dr. Wilson.  In other words, using other products or diets, or meditation, conflicts with the entire program and it seriously reduces its effectiveness. Thus, nutritional balancing science is completely integrated, meaning that the sciences are used together in very unique way and should not be altered by yourself or other practitioners.
