Make no mistake - nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is everything for a good immune system. Supplements cannot replace the complete complexes found in fresh vegetables and protein. Nature provides us with fresh food and thus gulping down a handful of vitamins will not keep your body balance and won't keep you healthy.
Thus the key to staying healthy, even when you find yourself in a survival situation, is eating proper nutrition. The absolute best way to get good nutrition is by providing sources of fresh vegetables and protein in every situation, if possible. You should not wait at the last minute to stockup some food especially now that government all over the world are putting people in a lockdown due to a virus, they have named, Covid-19. Stock-up food for about 2 to 3 months.
You can provide all the necessary food groups in your survival foods to assure that you and your family will get the proper nutrition regardless of how long the emergency may lasts.
Dietary fats, which are found in animal protein, are essential to give your body energy and to support cell growth. They also help protect your organs and help keep your body warm. Good fats are also a source of fatty acids which keep our hormones on an even keel. Fats also contain vitamins A, D, K, and E, and cholesterol is the glue that holds our cells together.
It should be easy to find canned foods in the vegetable section. Canning your own vegetables would be better, if you are up to it.
Water, oils, vinegar, spices, and other condiments should also be part of the food you will need.
Please take note that it is possible governments will find ways to stop the sale of meat all together on the basis that consuming animal protein hurts the environment and meat causes more diseases. Thus, unless you own a farm with cows, pigs, chickens and goats, you need to stock up on legumes too, such as beans, lentils, and rice.

Below is a list of foods you should consider always having handy in your fridge, freezer and pantry: (The vegetables can either be freeze dried, pressure canned or kept in the freezer although keep in mind food in the freezer should not be kept more than 6 months maximum).

Nutritional Supplements
1. TMG or trimethylglycine. This excellent supplement helps with toxic metal removal and much more. It is a methyl group donor.
Dosage:
Women can take up to 1000 mg daily.
Men can take up to 3000 mg daily.
Children over about age 6 can take a little. Younger children do not need TMG.
2. Megapan or a similar multi-mineral/multi-vitamin product. Megapan is from Endomet Laboratories. If you are trying to match it, it has no copper and no iron in it. It also has about 10 mg of each of the B-complex, and a little selenium, zinc, and chromium. These are the main ingredients to match.
Dosage. The dosage is three tablets daily for adults, and fewer for children over the age of about 8. This product is not for children under age 8.
3. Kelp Capsules. This is an excellent source of iodine and minerals. WARNING: Kelp causes a powerful healing reaction in a few people. Always begin with only half a capsule of kelp daily and work up slowly.
Dosage. For adults: up to 6000 mg capsules of kelp daily, and less for children. Always begin with only half a capsule daily and work up slowly.
Children under the age of about 5 do not need any.
4. Omega-3 fatty acids. This is an important anti-inflammatory supplement needed by most everyone due to modern agricultural practices and modern diets.
An excellent source is fish oil. Cod liver oil or fermented butter oil do not work as well, in my experience. Krill oil is somewhat toxic and not recommended.
Dosage. Adults need about 1200 mg daily, and less for children.
Children under age 5 do not need any.
5. Vitamin D3. This is another very important supplement because food and sunshine do not provide enough.
Dosage. Adults should take 4000-5000 iu daily. Less for children.
Children under age 5 do not need a supplement.
6. Calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Everyone needs a supplement of these four minerals.
Dosage. Most adults need about 750 mg of a quality calcium product, 450 mg of a quality magnesium product, about 20-30 mg of a good zinc product and 100-200 mcg of selenium. The form of the minerals should be chelates, lactates, citrates or other high quality minerals. Some people need more than this. Even babies need a calcium and magnesium supplement, but not much zinc and selenium.
7. A powerful digestive aid. It should ideally contain ox bile and pancreatin. This is the most yang and usually the most powerful, as well.
Dosage. We suggest one from Endomet Labs called GB-3, at a dose of one or two tablets per meal.

Remedies in your Pantry when
Retracing Infections
Remember that supplements are useless if you eat junk food (sweets, fruits, protein bars, fry foods, pizza, etc.)
Below are essential supplements for a strong immune system.
✔ Vitamin A, about 50,000 IU daily OR Colloidal Silver about 3 tablespoons daily, depending on your weight.
✔ Garlic capsules are excellent for some infections, including to help rid the body of parasites. Kyolic Original or Endomet are excellent brands. One can take up 6-9 capsules daily.
✔ Vitamin D 5000 IU daily for adults
✔ Omega-3 Fatty Acids, about 900 mg daily for adults.
✔ Limcomin. This product is made by Endomet Labs and is very helpful for some infections. It is a special formula with zinc, copper, manganese, and a little vitamin A and vitamin C, magnesium and vitamin B6. Copper kills many bacteria, fungi and viruses. Many people have a copper imbalance, impairing their ability to fight infections.
Zinc is required for the immune system and is very low in many diets. Vegetarian diets are low in zinc, and zinc is removed from refined foods of all kinds.
The dosage of Limcomin for adults is usually 2 to 6 tablets three times daily, and children need less.
If you cannot get Limcomin, adults may take about 25 mg of zinc twice daily and always take about 3 mg of copper with it for infections.
✔ Calcium, about 600 mg daily for adults
✔ Magnesium, about 350-400 mg daily for adults.
✔ The use of a red 250-watt ‘heat lamp’. The rays from this lamp are very healing. If you have access to a sauna, it can be helpful for the following reasons:
- Raises the body temperature a few degrees, which stimulates the immune response.
- Stimulates circulation.
- Inhibits the sympathetic nervous system, which powerfully enhances the immune response and is very relaxing.
- Disables or even kills some bacteria, viruses and fungi that are heat-sensitive.
- Decongests the internal organs by improving circulation and shunting blood to the periphery of the body.
Use the sauna five or six times daily for about 10 minutes each session. Shining it on the thymus gland is simple and often helpful. Hold it about a foot away from your body so that it does not burn you. You can also shine it on your lungs, front and back.
Do not stay in a sauna session longer than about 20 minutes at a time when you have an infection, as this may just exhaust you. However, several short saunas can be done each day, especially if you feel it is helping. Always drink plenty of extra carbon-only filtered tap water or spring water when using any sauna or sweating by any method or you may become dehydrated.
✔ Daily Coffee Enemas several times daily when you have an infection. It is good for the following reasons:
- decongest the liver.
- cures migraines.
- lower fevers.
- clean toxins from the colon.
- balance the entire body through the colonic reflex system.
- can save your life.
✔ Foot and Hand Reflexology. Reflexology involves firmly pressing on reflex points on your feet and/or hands. Be sure to press on the bottoms of the feet, the tops of the feet and all around the toes and the ankle. This is a simple, inexpensive, safe, and very powerful procedure that anyone can do at home. It will balance the channel system of the body. By so doing, it helps release toxins, helps relax the body, and improves many symptoms. We suggest doing it in the morning and before bed at night. Ten minutes for each foot is sufficient in most cases.
✔ Drink a lot of spring water / 3 litres or more.

✔ And above all, REST in bed and relax.
Finally, when not feeling well, please stay housebound. No need to go out and spread the infection everywhere, and equally as important, you risk in making your infection worse.
