Best Hours of Sleep
Rest is one of the most important aspect of the nutritional balancing program. Going to bed between 8pm and 9pm and stay in bed until at least 7am.
The reason for bed early is because human growth hormone is produced during the hours of sleep before midnight and the deep rebuilding of the body seems to occur the most before midnight as well. This is why going to bed as early as is conveniently possible, and no later than 9 OR 9:30 pm is excellent.
Also, trying to get up after 7am is best because the adrenals are less active. You may feel tired at first but this helps rest the adrenals. Although many people wake up and get up at about 5 OR 6am due to the adrenal glands becoming active, this unfortunately prevents the adrenals from resting more and as a result a crash occurs often before noon or right after lunch.
Keeping in mind always that sleep is the silent healer! Even doctors advise their patients, when sick, to rest as much as possible for speedy recovery, although medication are usually prescribed which only builds more toxic in the body and thus less energy to fight infections.
My suggestion for anyone seeking wellness is to do your best to shut the world out around 6 or 7pm. This means, shut the TV, computer, cell phone and any other phones, down. The earlier you begin to unwind the better sleep you will have.
A lifestyle change to fight any diseases is mandatory. This means however that you need to prioritize what is important to you.
Until next time,
Your faithful servant,
Josephine
