My personal opinion is there are already many people suffering from dementia and are not diagnosed with it. Brain fog for example, caused by copper overload, is most likely an onset of it. Because copper builds in the system and if left untreated, next thing you know, you can't remember what you did yesterday or the name of the person you talked with a few days ago. This of course is only one symptom of copper toxicity. There are many more symptoms of copper toxicity which you can read on this site.
It also activates the thyroid and adrenal glands to provide extra energy for fighting or running away. Nervousness, stress or feelings of panic are what one feels when in a sympathetic state of readiness.
The sympathetic system is catabolic, which means it tears down the body. Energy is used to prepare for defense, rather than for nourishment or for elimination of wastes. An excellent analogy is to imagine placing all of the nation’s resources in its military defense. While helpful in an emergency, if continued too long, the nation becomes much poorer for lack of productive commercial activity. The feeling of an “adrenalin rush” is a product of the sympathetic system. It may feel good at first, but is always followed by a feeling of fatigue, as this system uses up energy and depletes the body.
Most people today overuse their sympathetic nervous system. They do not spend enough time in a parasympathetic state to fully rebuild their bodies and this I suspect is one of the reasons there is so many people that are sick. Their bodies eventually become nutritionally depleted and they become quite literally ‘burned out’. Today, even children are often burned out, in this sense, due to stress, poor diets and nutritional deficiencies they are born with.
Burnout is often related to copper imbalance and copper imbalance, as mentioned above, is also a buy product of many diseases.
Methods to Slow Down
Here are some of the best methods I know that can help you slow down now:
1. Rest: If you skimp on regenerative activity by not sleeping enough, physical and mental performance suffers, as well as one's work and relationships. Illness develops because there is not enough time to repair damaged tissues in the body.
Thus, try in taking naps during the day for at least 30 minutes and try resting as much as you possibly can in order to conserve your energy now rather than wait until your retirement age.
2. Diet: Best diet by far is the nutritional balancing diet because it is geared to balance our biochemistry and conserve energy. By staying away from some foods and from alcohol, you allow your body to conserve energy needed to better fight infections and for better health all around.
3. Targeted Supplements: Make sure you take the right supplements and right dosages for your oxidation rate, otherwise you risks depleting more of your energy rather than conserving it.
3. Near Infrared Saunas: You can read more about the benefits of near infrared sauna.
4. Meditation:
5. Deep Breathing: Try to deep breathe at least 30 to 60 minutes a day in order to conserve your energy.
I believe that had my The Roy Master Meditation will help conserve your energy and assist you in letting go and let God. mom's siblings followed these simple methods earlier on, God willing, all of them would have stayed healthy emotionally and physically well beyond 90 years of age.
