Raising Girls To Be Grounded
Raising girls is not the same as raising boys. The reason is that girls have their energy centers somewhat reversed. This is not known on earth because the entire idea of the energy centers is not well known. However, you can read about the energy centers on the internet. They are under the subject of the chakras, a Sanskrit word that means the same thing.
WHAT DO REVERSED CENTERS DO TO GIRLS AND WOMEN?
They make the girls less coordinated, weak in a certain way, gullible in a way, and sexy in an unhealthy way.
WHY ARE GIRLS’ ENERGY CENTERS REVERSED AT BIRTH?
The exact reason is not clear. It may have to do with their future role as bearers of children, or higher estrogen or copper levels, or something else.
The reason is less important. More important is to fix the imbalance. It will help any young woman to feel more confident, more grounded and centered, and to handle life better.
HOW LONG DO THE REVERSED CENTERS USUALLY LAST? WHEN DO THEY CHANGE?
Usually, the problem lasts a lifetime. Most girls never change, and most never achieve their potential in society for this reason.
Raising girls is thus a chore with another message to them, that they must reverse their energy centers or they will not be able to participate in the life of the community to the same extent as boys, no matter what the laws of the nation prescribe or proscribe.
HOW TO CHANGE ALL THE CENTERS TO FORWARD
1. Love
This is critical for girls and women. Some of us know this. Girls and women need and require a certain type of male or masculine love that is tough, yet compassionate and caring.
Girls also love hugs, so give them. Be careful, of course, not to get sexual, as girls love this, too. But be intimate with your girls in the sense of hugging.
Loving baby girls. This type of love is not always available to a baby girl, but often it is. It does not have to come from her father. It can come from a relative, or a grandparent, in some cases.
It can even come from a television or movie hero, or a hero in a book. There are quite a few around men who can supply it, so it is not usually absent, but it should be encouraged and allowed.
In some families, the mother rules the roost and does not allow father to have as much control over the children. This is always a bad idea unless father is really cruel or abusive.
Often, however, mother is simply power-hungry and does not like male authority herself, so she keeps her husband away from the little ones, and this is a big mistake, ladies. Let him get in close and do some disciplining. It is much better for the girls, in particular. They also like the sexual interaction, and that is okay.
Girls older than age 5. At this age, the male figure is even more important. Once again, it can be the father, but it can be another man in her life. A grandfather is excellent, in fact, if he is close by and visits often. If he is distant, it is not as good.
Girls over age 12 or so. Now the girls want a man even closer to them. Unfortunately, this can mean a boyfriend if the parents are not careful. Boyfriends are not good! They are too yin, too immature, and too interested in sex, which is discussed below. So these should be discouraged and not allowed to girls, although they will complain about it.
School boys (not dates) are also not good. Again, they are too yin, too immature, too interested in her body parts, and not interested enough in her as a person. This is due to immaturity, usually, and not that they are not good boys.
Nerds. The “nerdy” boys are much better, by the way. They are less interested in her body parts, which is an advantage. If a girl can have a friend who is this type, it is helpful. They can take walks together, and have minor dating, but do not allow romance, please. It gets in the way of reversing the energy centers in teenage girls.
In general, however, finding a nerdy friend is hard for girls, because the very nice boys are terrified of girls and sex at this age. So it is usually up to adults to father the girls at this age.
Here the mothers are to blame, again, if they keep their husbands away from their daughters. Let them in close, ladies. Do not get upset if he yells at them now and then. The girls like the attention, and often it is the only way to reach the girls through all the hormones and other changes that are going on inside. Now let us discuss other requirements for reversing the energy centers.
2. Self-Discipline
This is absolutely required to reverse the energy centers. There is no substitute for it. Girls are less interested in it than some boys, so it must be cultivated in them.
One way to do this is with schooling, discussed below. They are given tasks, given time limits, and given grades or performance evaluations to help them learn self-discipline. These are the three key elements.
Chores. Another method is to require them to do chores around the home. This also gives them tasks, time limits, and performance evaluation.
Pets. Another method is to have an animal like a dog. Same reasons. Another idea is to have a hobby or avocation that teaches self-discipline, like showing your animal at shows, or painting, or building something.
Building things, by the way, is excellent for girls. Some sew clothing, but this is not as good. Actually building toys, model aircraft, model ships, or something else is very good for girls, though it is thought of as a male “sport”. Just do not let them become toxic with glues, paints, or something else, as this is harmful.
Becoming a mother is another type of self-discipline that helps girls, but it is not the best thing for a young girl of 13 to 16. So I do not include it much in this article.
Reading good books. Another good way to teach self-discipline is through reading excellent books. For example, reading the Bible or other holy books, reading Shakespeare, or reading some other monumental work is a chore, as anyone knows who has tried it.
One must go back and reread, one must try to figure out what was said to understand it well, and so on. It is not the same as a physical activity, but it works. Dr. Wilson read the works of Buckminster Fuller and others, to help develop his mind.
Sports. Girl’s sports is another way to teach self-discipline. However, there are many problems with this. These are discussed later in this article.
3. Nutrition, and Specifically a Complete Nutritional Balancing Program
To reverse the centers, excellent nutrition is most helpful today. The girls’ bodies are all too yin, and almost all are quite malnourished and toxic. Girls are even more yin and often more malnourished than boys because some girls do not eat enough meat, in particular.
Girls just do not like it. In part this is because it pushes out their copper, causing unpleasant symptoms such as acne, headaches and others. However, they must eat it, and the mothers and fathers must insist upon it.
If the girl absolutely refuses, then the cook (usually the mother) must sneak it into her food. Usually, the girl will not notice if it is done well, and it works excellently. So it is a psychological block that some girls have, maybe induced by her physiology, or by implants, or perhaps it is the smell, which is a male odor and less attractive to women.
Nutritional balancing specifically makes the girls’ bodies more yang, and this is required to turn around the energy centers. Nutritional balancing does this quickly, evenly and safely, unlike most other methods of yangizing the body. Nutritional balancing also brings up the traumas that all girls have that make them more yin.
Traumas. These traumas deserve a paragraph. Many girls are somewhat molested. This is the truth, even if you don’t like it. They are attractive creatures. As a result, men and even other women are drawn to them.
They smile at them too much, and of course some undress the girls in their minds and have sex with them in their minds, all of which harms the girls. There are no exceptions. It is not just the beauties!
Nutritional balancing will be found to undo these insults better than any other program we have found, and that is a great benefit. It is not fun to go through, in some cases, but it works, and it happens fast, in many cases of young girls. Older girls and young women may take longer to go back and retrace all their traumas, but they can clear them out, as well. This is essential to reverse the centers.
4. Become More Yang
This is another absolute requirement for reversing the centers. The entire concept or yin and yang is foreign to planet earth. Yang means warmer, more contracted and compact, inward-moving and downward-moving. Actually, it is pure physics, but not taught in physics classes, as yet. Yang is the faster-moving particles, while yin are the slower-moving particles of life.
Love and Self-Discipline. Becoming yang for a young girl means learning about love from a man, learning self-discipline, and learning to be centered and grounded. These are basic.
Diet. The body must also become more yang. This is mainly accomplished with the diet that includes mostly cooked food and always some meat, especially red meat such as lamb. Lamb, specifically, should be eaten twice weekly by most girls.
It also means nutritional balancing because it is not nearly enough just to eat properly. One must also expel the toxic metals and toxic chemicals, and make other changes to the body that cannot be done with food or herbs alone, at this time. In other words, ‘the program’ is absolutely needed.
Water. This includes drinking enough water, and preferably spring water. Teenage girls do not drink enough pure water, in almost all cases. They are “too busy”, or they are drinking fruit juices, soda pop, coffee or tea – none of which are the same in its effect as pure water.
Orgasms. Other keys to yang are no sex, meaning no orgasms. This is easy for most girls, although a few learn about orgasms and a very few develop the masturbation habit, which is harmful for them. Do not let it go if your daughters have this! Please stop it.
Boyfriends. This is why boyfriends in high school or college are always a bad idea. If the boys don’t know how to give your daughter an orgasm, they soon learn. Soon it is off to bed, and your girl will become much less bright, always diseased, less cheerful, and more sullen and angry.
Sleep. Other keys to becoming yang are lots of rest, but not hanging around the bedroom. Just lying in bed reading all day, or talking on the telephone, are yin. Sleep is yang, and that is what is needed.
Never let your girls stay up late. Ten PM is plenty late for everyone. They will scream about this, because their little friends are all allowed to stay up until midnight on weekends, or later. It is pure stupidity! Ideally, make no exceptions for ball games, concerts, great television, movies or anything else. That is our suggestion. It will form a habit, and it will serve them the rest of their lives.
Having said this, if it is a big fight every weekend or every day, then most likely there is an implant and the girl needs special attention. Let me know.
I know this is difficult, especially with some girls. However, it is best and it teaches an excellent habit – going to bed early and sleeping a lot.
Cell Phones. Another key to becoming more yang is a minimum of electromagnetic stress from computers, televisions, and the worst – the cell phone. Wired telephones are not so bad, in comparison.
This is a tough one, these days, but parents must limit their daughter’s use of these devices. This is hard to do, but we don’t think girls should have the phones at all. They are not needed, in most cases. An emergency phone that only calls mother and 911 is excellent, but that is all they need.
School Pressures. Other ways to become yang are to learn emotional control, and to keep all stress low. This means do not put pressure on your girls to excel in school, mothers and fathers. I know this goes against the conventional wisdom. However, it does matter.
Too much pressure will ruin a child. Let your girl(s) experiment with different subjects in school or in the home-school environment. Don’t worry about the grades much. Let her explore music, dance, art, and other subjects. You will have a much happier child who is more yang and healthier, as well. School pressures are bad enough, as is. There is no need to add to them.
A Good Man. To become more yang, a good man in her life (even on television) is also most helpful. From him she learns yang attitudes of self-reliance, individualism, self-restraint, integrity, commitment and conviction. These are helpful for everyone to become much more yang.
The Pushing Down Exercise. Moving energy downward is the other extremely powerful way to make the body more yang. Do this with your girls every day, at the dinner table, sitting on the couch, or anywhere else you can think of. Even while you drive them to school. It works, and there is no substitute.
Girls often have their energy moving upwards, especially after a molestation or worse, a rape or any scare. This must be reversed or your girls will not reverse their energy centers.
Putting a weight in the vagina helps with this exercise, although this idea is frowned upon on earth at this time. It is used in some monasteries, however, because it works and does not hurt the girls one bit. Some stores sell “vaginal weights” used to strengthen the muscles around the urethra to stop urinary incontinence. These can be used, or just a simple piece of Styrofoam inserted will remind the girls to push down all the time.
5. Exercise
Simple exercise helps reverse the energy centers a lot for some young girls. So encourage your young girls to play outside with balls, running, badminton, swimming in lakes or an ocean, and roaming in the woods, as long as it is all safe.
Please avoid all dangerous exercise such as skating, skiing, water-skiing, lacrosse, horse-back riding (which girls love), swimming in pools with chlorine, and others.
Organized sports teach many lessons such as teamwork, following orders, paying less attention to appearance and more attention to performance. They can be good. However, there are problems with girl’s sports teams.
Problems with Girls Sports Teams. The problems are walking around in skimpy outfits, attracting and playing with jock boys who have high hormone levels, and filth and infections in the locker rooms in all cases. Other problems are disturbed eating schedules due to practice, and showering with other girls that teach the girls about orgasms and sex.
Another serious problem is over-exercising. Most girls are somewhat tired and malnourished. It is easy to overdo with a sports team as your girls try to keep up and “make the cut”. Worst of all, most girls who engage in high school sports end up raped. You must know this and keep your girls out of these situations. For more on this topic, please read Girl’s Sports on this site.
6. The Pushing Down Exercise
This was mentioned earlier in #4 above, so I won’t repeat it. Many ignore this part of a nutritional balancing program. Do not do this with your girls! They must do it. They all have their energy moving upwards. Do it as a family, if it helps.
It does not matter if they don’t like it or if they think it is stupid and a waste of time. It is never a waste of time, and it is needed to change the centers around in all cases. The girls are just not as “down-oriented” as the boys, ever! So do not ignore this. Use whatever analogies help your girls – sitting under the biggest waterfall they can imagine, or a vacuum cleaner at the feet pulling the energy downward, or anything else.
7. Safety, Security and Low Level of Fear
This is hard for many families today, especially if money is tight, if there is no father, or if the neighborhood or school is not safe. However, it is very important for all girls. So strive to create a safe, loving environment for your girls. Also, teach them many rules of safety.
Clothing. Among the most important safety areas for girls is how to dress. Wear good sturdy shoes that they can run in. Wear clothes that cover up the sensitive areas. Clothes should also be loose-fitting, and not see through, or sexy in some other way such as nets.
Insist upon inspections. These used to be done at girl’s schools. To inspect, measure the skirt length, and lower is better. Have them bend over to see what shows. Look in the light for see-through, and so on. These are excellent to teach to your girls.
Dressing properly does not make them safe, but it helps a little. At least they won’t be “advertising”, which young teens like to do, and which is one of the most foolish things they can do. Most who advertise are raped, if you don’t know this, as a result. So drive the safety point home in many ways.
Other safety measure are to always lock doors, don’t get undressed for anyone, anywhere, unless someone else is present, and be careful with “friends” you don’t know too well. Many are up to no good, these days. Mom should investigate all “friends”, by the way. Call the parents, listen carefully to the parents’ attitudes about sex, dress, and more. Decide if this is a good person for your daughter to hang around with, or not.
Friendship. We think friendship on earth is very over-rated. It is not that great in most cases. Yes, we want your girls to have friends. However, one or two very good friends is enough. No need for parties, large outings – especially if boys are around, or other group situations that are not totally wholesome.
This means avoiding the concerts, camping trips and even some church outings or mixers. Your girls don’t need these, no matter how much she protests. Too often friends teach your girls about sex, boys, dating, and even drugs and alcohol, these days.
Low fear means that if you notice your young or older girl is fearful of anything, you must take the time to investigate. It is usually the school. A boy has asked her out, a girl has hit her, threatened her, or even molested her in the bathroom, or a teacher has smiled too much or made a pass, or treated her badly, perhaps.
So find out, get to the bottom of it, call the school, pull her out of the school if the situation is bad, teach her at home if at all possible, but solve it! Do not let fears smolder in your girls! They always ruin the changing of the energy centers.
Attractiveness. Other girls’ fears come from not being attractive enough, not being tall enough, or being too tall, too big around the chest, not big enough around the chest, and so on. These must be dealt with, too.
If your girl is too big, maybe the diet needs adjusting. More fat builds breasts and hips. Less fat reduces their size. Nutritional balancing usually thins them down all over, which is healthy but may need adjusting if they are string beans and hate it. So work with these fears.
Brain Fog. Another set of fears for girls has to do with not thinking clearly. This gets worse, of course, with menarche (start of the menstrual periods). Many girls have this fear. Nutritional balancing is by far the best answer, as it will reduce PMS and other period-related problems and it will clear brain fog that so many girls suffer from today. However, it can be a slow process, so you have to keep them on the program, somehow.
Negotiate. One way to keep a girl on the program is to negotiate. Girls like negotiations! They are used to the idea because unlike boys, they cannot simply overpower their enemies. They must negotiate, so they like it, and they like learning it with mom and dad.
So negotiate with your girls. If they do the nutrition program completely, you will do something for them. If they fight you, you will not be so nice to them. If they want privileges and responsibilities, (they all do), show them that they can have them if they follow the rules of the house.
8. Clean Them Up
To reverse the energy centers, some girls need work on their souls. This is esoteric, but we help with this. Some are heavily implanted with devices to make them sexy, sick, ugly or too beautiful, or something else. It is the truth, even if it seems like science fiction. I wish it were fiction.
These girls need special attention. Ask me about them, and I will see if we can get them the attention they need. You can guess that they need it if they are very stubborn, recalcitrant, very stupid in some area, or just very spacey in spite of eating well and getting plenty of rest.
9. Parents Must Set the Example
Mom and dad, you must set the example for everything in this article! You cannot stay up late and expect your girls to go to bed, especially once they reach the age of 10 or so. It just does not work.
The same is true with the diet, the lifestyle, the “boys night out” or anything else. Girls do what you do, not what you say, in many instances. And if you “live the talk”, they will get it much sooner, even if you say nothing.
If you want them to do chores, then you do chores with them. If you want them to cook dinner, teach them by example.
10. Learning
Learning is generally good to help girls turn around their energy centers. Intellectual learning is yang, if the material is truthful. However, this is a big “if” because the schools and the media teach a lot of nonsense!
Just a few of the pernicious doctrines are multi-culturalism, political correctness and socialism. Others are social justice, climate change, use of marijuana, vaccination, and other wrong doctrines and fake ideas.
This is why home-schooling is much better, if you can possibly do it. Unless you must work, we suggest it strongly. You don’t need to be smart or have a PhD. Some girls need the social interaction of schools, but for most, it is a waste of time, it is too yin, and too often it leads to molestation and rape at a young age.
Intellectual learning and the discipline of studying and reading, in particular, are also good to teach a girl the truth about many things. So do not hesitate to have your girls pursue intellectual activities that hopefully you also do, such as reading a book together such as the Bible or other Holy Book.
Classes. A problem for older girls is that no class is safe, these days. This is a strong statement, I know, but I warn you. There are too many problems in most classes. They range from the attractive young or old male teacher, to the aggressive boys sitting behind the girl commenting on her butt, to the insane information floating around, to the other girls who may mock or even molest your girl, to the administrators who have other things on their minds, and more. So watch out, please!
Risks. Your girls are precious, and all are at risk, all the time. This is a maxim or axiom of this article. They are all at risk, all the time. Molestation, rape and other problems of girls always slows their development, or stops it altogether.
They set in motion a whole other set of problems for girls, from which most never recover. Nutritional balancing can be used to recover from these insults, but it takes a few years of a concentrated program – more than most are willing to give it – and there will be pain, anger, fear and anxiety as the past bubbles up to be released.

It also means nutritional balancing because it is not nearly enough just to eat properly. One must also expel the toxic metals and toxic chemicals, and make other changes to the body that cannot be done with food or herbs alone, at this time. In other words, ‘the program’ is absolutely needed.
Water. This includes drinking enough water, and preferably spring water. Teenage girls do not drink enough pure water, in almost all cases. They are “too busy”, or they are drinking fruit juices, soda pop, coffee or tea – none of which are the same in its effect as pure water.
Orgasms. Other keys to yang are no sex, meaning no orgasms. This is easy for most girls, although a few learn about orgasms and a very few develop the masturbation habit, which is harmful for them. Do not let it go if your daughters have this! Please stop it.
Boyfriends. This is why boyfriends in high school or college are always a bad idea. If the boys don’t know how to give your daughter an orgasm, they soon learn. Soon it is off to bed, and your girl will become much less bright, always diseased, less cheerful, and more sullen and angry.
Sleep. Other keys to becoming yang are lots of rest, but not hanging around the bedroom. Just lying in bed reading all day, or talking on the telephone, are yin. Sleep is yang, and that is what is needed.
Never let your girls stay up late. Ten PM is plenty late for everyone. They will scream about this, because their little friends are all allowed to stay up until midnight on weekends, or later. It is pure stupidity! Ideally, make no exceptions for ball games, concerts, great television, movies or anything else. That is our suggestion. It will form a habit, and it will serve them the rest of their lives.
Having said this, if it is a big fight every weekend or every day, then most likely there is an implant and the girl needs special attention. Let me know.
I know this is difficult, especially with some girls. However, it is best and it teaches an excellent habit – going to bed early and sleeping a lot.
Cell Phones. Another key to becoming more yang is a minimum of electromagnetic stress from computers, televisions, and the worst – the cell phone. Wired telephones are not so bad, in comparison.
This is a tough one, these days, but parents must limit their daughter’s use of these devices. This is hard to do, but we don’t think girls should have the phones at all. They are not needed, in most cases. An emergency phone that only calls mother and 911 is excellent, but that is all they need.
School Pressures. Other ways to become yang are to learn emotional control, and to keep all stress low. This means do not put pressure on your girls to excel in school, mothers and fathers. I know this goes against the conventional wisdom. However, it does matter.
Too much pressure will ruin a child. Let your girl(s) experiment with different subjects in school or in the home-school environment. Don’t worry about the grades much. Let her explore music, dance, art, and other subjects. You will have a much happier child who is more yang and healthier, as well. School pressures are bad enough, as is. There is no need to add to them.
A Good Man. To become more yang, a good man in her life (even on television) is also most helpful. From him she learns yang attitudes of self-reliance, individualism, self-restraint, integrity, commitment and conviction. These are helpful for everyone to become much more yang.
The Pushing Down Exercise. Moving energy downward is the other extremely powerful way to make the body more yang. Do this with your girls every day, at the dinner table, sitting on the couch, or anywhere else you can think of. Even while you drive them to school. It works, and there is no substitute.
Girls often have their energy moving upwards, especially after a molestation or worse, a rape or any scare. This must be reversed or your girls will not reverse their energy centers.
Putting a weight in the vagina helps with this exercise, although this idea is frowned upon on earth at this time. It is used in some monasteries, however, because it works and does not hurt the girls one bit. Some stores sell “vaginal weights” used to strengthen the muscles around the urethra to stop urinary incontinence. These can be used, or just a simple piece of Styrofoam inserted will remind the girls to push down all the time.
5. Exercise
Simple exercise helps reverse the energy centers a lot for some young girls. So encourage your young girls to play outside with balls, running, badminton, swimming in lakes or an ocean, and roaming in the woods, as long as it is all safe.
Please avoid all dangerous exercise such as skating, skiing, water-skiing, lacrosse, horse-back riding (which girls love), swimming in pools with chlorine, and others.
Organized sports teach many lessons such as teamwork, following orders, paying less attention to appearance and more attention to performance. They can be good. However, there are problems with girl’s sports teams.
Problems with Girls Sports Teams. The problems are walking around in skimpy outfits, attracting and playing with jock boys who have high hormone levels, and filth and infections in the locker rooms in all cases. Other problems are disturbed eating schedules due to practice, and showering with other girls that teach the girls about orgasms and sex.
Another serious problem is over-exercising. Most girls are somewhat tired and malnourished. It is easy to overdo with a sports team as your girls try to keep up and “make the cut”. Worst of all, most girls who engage in high school sports end up raped. You must know this and keep your girls out of these situations. For more on this topic, please read Girl’s Sports on this site.
6. The Pushing Down Exercise
This was mentioned earlier in #4 above, so I won’t repeat it. Many ignore this part of a nutritional balancing program. Do not do this with your girls! They must do it. They all have their energy moving upwards. Do it as a family, if it helps.
It does not matter if they don’t like it or if they think it is stupid and a waste of time. It is never a waste of time, and it is needed to change the centers around in all cases. The girls are just not as “down-oriented” as the boys, ever! So do not ignore this. Use whatever analogies help your girls – sitting under the biggest waterfall they can imagine, or a vacuum cleaner at the feet pulling the energy downward, or anything else.
7. Safety, Security and Low Level of Fear
This is hard for many families today, especially if money is tight, if there is no father, or if the neighborhood or school is not safe. However, it is very important for all girls. So strive to create a safe, loving environment for your girls. Also, teach them many rules of safety.
Clothing. Among the most important safety areas for girls is how to dress. Wear good sturdy shoes that they can run in. Wear clothes that cover up the sensitive areas. Clothes should also be loose-fitting, and not see through, or sexy in some other way such as nets.
Insist upon inspections. These used to be done at girl’s schools. To inspect, measure the skirt length, and lower is better. Have them bend over to see what shows. Look in the light for see-through, and so on. These are excellent to teach to your girls.
Dressing properly does not make them safe, but it helps a little. At least they won’t be “advertising”, which young teens like to do, and which is one of the most foolish things they can do. Most who advertise are raped, if you don’t know this, as a result. So drive the safety point home in many ways.
Other safety measure are to always lock doors, don’t get undressed for anyone, anywhere, unless someone else is present, and be careful with “friends” you don’t know too well. Many are up to no good, these days. Mom should investigate all “friends”, by the way. Call the parents, listen carefully to the parents’ attitudes about sex, dress, and more. Decide if this is a good person for your daughter to hang around with, or not.
Friendship. We think friendship on earth is very over-rated. It is not that great in most cases. Yes, we want your girls to have friends. However, one or two very good friends is enough. No need for parties, large outings – especially if boys are around, or other group situations that are not totally wholesome.
This means avoiding the concerts, camping trips and even some church outings or mixers. Your girls don’t need these, no matter how much she protests. Too often friends teach your girls about sex, boys, dating, and even drugs and alcohol, these days.
Low fear means that if you notice your young or older girl is fearful of anything, you must take the time to investigate. It is usually the school. A boy has asked her out, a girl has hit her, threatened her, or even molested her in the bathroom, or a teacher has smiled too much or made a pass, or treated her badly, perhaps.
So find out, get to the bottom of it, call the school, pull her out of the school if the situation is bad, teach her at home if at all possible, but solve it! Do not let fears smolder in your girls! They always ruin the changing of the energy centers.
Attractiveness. Other girls’ fears come from not being attractive enough, not being tall enough, or being too tall, too big around the chest, not big enough around the chest, and so on. These must be dealt with, too.
If your girl is too big, maybe the diet needs adjusting. More fat builds breasts and hips. Less fat reduces their size. Nutritional balancing usually thins them down all over, which is healthy but may need adjusting if they are string beans and hate it. So work with these fears.
Brain Fog. Another set of fears for girls has to do with not thinking clearly. This gets worse, of course, with menarche (start of the menstrual periods). Many girls have this fear. Nutritional balancing is by far the best answer, as it will reduce PMS and other period-related problems and it will clear brain fog that so many girls suffer from today. However, it can be a slow process, so you have to keep them on the program, somehow.
Negotiate. One way to keep a girl on the program is to negotiate. Girls like negotiations! They are used to the idea because unlike boys, they cannot simply overpower their enemies. They must negotiate, so they like it, and they like learning it with mom and dad.
So negotiate with your girls. If they do the nutrition program completely, you will do something for them. If they fight you, you will not be so nice to them. If they want privileges and responsibilities, (they all do), show them that they can have them if they follow the rules of the house.
8. Clean Them Up
To reverse the energy centers, some girls need work on their souls. This is esoteric, but we help with this. Some are heavily implanted with devices to make them sexy, sick, ugly or too beautiful, or something else. It is the truth, even if it seems like science fiction. I wish it were fiction.
These girls need special attention. Ask me about them, and I will see if we can get them the attention they need. You can guess that they need it if they are very stubborn, recalcitrant, very stupid in some area, or just very spacey in spite of eating well and getting plenty of rest.
9. Parents Must Set the Example
Mom and dad, you must set the example for everything in this article! You cannot stay up late and expect your girls to go to bed, especially once they reach the age of 10 or so. It just does not work.
The same is true with the diet, the lifestyle, the “boys night out” or anything else. Girls do what you do, not what you say, in many instances. And if you “live the talk”, they will get it much sooner, even if you say nothing.
If you want them to do chores, then you do chores with them. If you want them to cook dinner, teach them by example.
10. Learning
Learning is generally good to help girls turn around their energy centers. Intellectual learning is yang, if the material is truthful. However, this is a big “if” because the schools and the media teach a lot of nonsense!
Just a few of the pernicious doctrines are multi-culturalism, political correctness and socialism. Others are social justice, climate change, use of marijuana, vaccination, and other wrong doctrines and fake ideas.
This is why home-schooling is much better, if you can possibly do it. Unless you must work, we suggest it strongly. You don’t need to be smart or have a PhD. Some girls need the social interaction of schools, but for most, it is a waste of time, it is too yin, and too often it leads to molestation and rape at a young age.
Intellectual learning and the discipline of studying and reading, in particular, are also good to teach a girl the truth about many things. So do not hesitate to have your girls pursue intellectual activities that hopefully you also do, such as reading a book together such as the Bible or other Holy Book.
Classes. A problem for older girls is that no class is safe, these days. This is a strong statement, I know, but I warn you. There are too many problems in most classes. They range from the attractive young or old male teacher, to the aggressive boys sitting behind the girl commenting on her butt, to the insane information floating around, to the other girls who may mock or even molest your girl, to the administrators who have other things on their minds, and more. So watch out, please!
Risks. Your girls are precious, and all are at risk, all the time. This is a maxim or axiom of this article. They are all at risk, all the time. Molestation, rape and other problems of girls always slows their development, or stops it altogether.
They set in motion a whole other set of problems for girls, from which most never recover. Nutritional balancing can be used to recover from these insults, but it takes a few years of a concentrated program – more than most are willing to give it – and there will be pain, anger, fear and anxiety as the past bubbles up to be released.
