Why Changing Any Aspect of a Nutritional Balancing Program Often Destroys Its Effectiveness

Picture
Ain't no Mountain High Enough to Reach Your Goal!!
Many people are amazed at how well a nutritional balancing program works, usually after they have taken vitamins, gone on healthy diets, used saunas and so on for years.  This article will help explain why nutritional balancing is far more effective than most other programs.

This article can also help one understand, in one way, why altering or ignoring any aspect of the program often severely reduces its effectiveness.

DRAGGING THE SLOW OXIDIZING CARS ONTO THE HIGHWAY

The particular combination of foods, vitamins, minerals and other procedures used in nutritional balancing science has a peculiar effect upon slow oxidizers, especially the very slow ones.  It is identical to dragging a slow moving or stuck automobile onto a high speed roadway.  This has the effect of forcing the system to work differently.  It warms up the body, it pushes out poisons at an incredible pace, and it actually can “start the motor” in many cases because of the two effects above.

Giving the Car a Gigantic Shove.  Just forcing the car onto the highway, however, is not enough.   The program then forces the car to give up even more toxins by forcefully replacing them with rather crude supplements and perhaps some foods that are very rich in minerals such as kelp and others.  This is like not only dragging the car onto the road, but giving it a tremendous shove that propels it forward with even greater force.  This is the car analogy of nutritional balancing with slow oxidizers, which Dr. Eck discovered and perfected around 1975 as he learned stress theory, in particular.

Stress theory has to do with engineering and has little to do with regular medical care.  Stress theory has to do with how one approaches a system that is complex, in order to make it respond in a specific way.  This is a common engineering problem that occurs when one builds a house, a bridge, a car or anything else.  One must be able to predict and anticipate how the structure will respond.  If one can do this reliably, then one can apply force even quite gently, and yet make a huge difference.

Medical Care and Most Holistic Care.  If one cannot do this, then one pushes and shoves, forces and cajoles the system, but the system essentially “pushes back” and little real progress is made.  Meanwhile, the shoving and pushing wears down the system.  This is how modern medicine works.  They do not understand stress theory, so they just give antibiotics, anti-infllammatories, anti-hypertensives, anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants, and so on. Unfortunately, the system “pushes back”, which means there are side effects and other serious problems, if the shoving even works.

Nutritional balancing, by using modern stress theory, cybernetic theory, and general systems theory, none of which are part of medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy or most other holistic healing sciences, avoids these problems and a simple regimen makes a huge difference without the side or adverse effects that are so common with drug medicine.  This is not to say that drugs do not have a place, as they can save lives.  But they are very crude and not prescribed correctly in too many cases.

However, nutritional balancing goes far beyond just introducing a few newer sciences.  In order to understand the supplement programs, in particular, one must know a little about chaos theory and fractal geometry.  This may seem too esoteric, but it is the reason the programs work so well and seem to simple.  In essence, it is because we know how, where and when to apply specific forces to the body to move it in the direction of better health or more healthful homeostasis (a cybernetics word, by the way).

Only Dr. Eck’s Method Seems to Work.  Note that others who use the words fast and slow oxidizers often mean something very different by these words.  We are only referring to the use of the words as they were defined by Dr. Paul C. Eck of Analytical Research Laboratories in Phoenix, Arizona.  It is important to say this, because many others claim to be assessing the oxidation type and rate, and setting up programs based upon it, when they are doing something totally different from our perspective.  One must use Dr. Eck’s lab and his method of assessment or nothing in this article applies or is true.

For example, if the laboratory washes the hair samples at the lab, it completely ruins the ability to assess the oxidation rate and type in many cases.  If the lab changes the ideal values, as has occurred with Trace Elements, Inc, then it also destroys the ability to properly assess the oxidation type and rate.  If the lab does not clearly show the ideal values, which is true of all of them except Analytical Research Lab, it is difficult to assess the oxidation rate and impossible to assess many of the most important hair analysis patterns, which have a visual component.  These are some of the problems with using other laboratories.

THE CAR ANALOGY FOR FAST OXIDIZERS

For the fast oxidizers, of whom there are fewer, but still a number today, the approach of nutritional balancing can be likened to literally shutting down or locking down the motor of the car.  This effectively reduces stress, reduces chaos in the system, and allows us to get to work on fixing the engine.  It is an apparently crude analogy, but not without merit.  It is as though the system is overheated and before we can really work with it, we must shut it off, take it off-line, as some say, and then when it is cooled down we can manipulate it, take it apart, find its problems and so on.

In a way, dealing with fast oxidizers is easier than handling slow oxidation, as Dr. Eck was well aware, because at least there is some energy to work with.  However, at times it is not easy to shut down the system, especially if it is “in the habit” of racing along at top speed.

Toxins can also cause the “racing engine syndrome”, but often it is also a mental tendency that must be handled or the person will go into “sympathetic dominance”, a special condition of the autonomic nervous system in which the person cannot seem to slow down even though the body is exhausted.  Some go into hyperthyroidism or Grave’s disease, which is definitely related.  These conditions are mainly very easy to handle, however, for a nutritional balancing program because they are cases in which the system is just over-revving the engine and the engine needs to be shut down first, and then dealt with later.

The analogy may seem crude, once again, but it is accurate and it is why altering the diet, the supplements, the drinking water, the lifestyle or any other part of the program tends to negate it quickly if one is not careful.  Please do not assume that you understand nutritional balancing science just because you have read this website or books, or any other reason.  Instead, work with us and you will learn the system little by little.  We, meanwhile, are learning more each day that I pass on by updating the articles on this website and writing more of them, and the new information is incorporated into the programs we design.

FOUR LOWS OR SPINNING THE WHEELS

One more aspect of the analogy we use to explain the rather unusual programs given to those with a four lows pattern.  The analogy is that it is like having the car deep in the ditch with the wheels spinning so fast that it takes a heroic effort to shut the motor down, and this must be done, usually to the exclusion of all else.  Four lows is actually quite a bit more complex as a metabolic pattern, but using our crude auto analogy we do forcefully stop the developing chaos of four lows, and by doing so, we can rescue many from this often death-promoting pattern quite easily.  For more on this topic, read Four Lows Pattern On A Hair Mineral Analysis.

WHY CHANGING ANY ASPECT OF A NUTRITIONAL BALANCING PROGRAM OFTEN DESTROYS ITS EFFECTIVENESS

This article may also help explain why altering even one aspect of a nutritional balancing program often ruins it rather completely.  This could be substituting different products that you like better, skipping an aspect of the diet or the supplements, or the drinking water, or something else that people do all the time and then wonder why they do not get the results they desire.

Uses a Dozen Advanced Sciences all at Once.  As stated above, nutritional balancing programs use at least a dozen advanced sciences with which most people are unfamiliar such as chaos theory, stress theory, general systems theory and cybernetics.

Medical science is also largely unaware of how yin and yang, a physics concept, can be applied to the human body in terms of the food, drinking water, lifestyle, supplements, procedures such as enemas and saunas, and so on.

This is why a healing approach based only on one or two advanced sciences such as homeopathy, and even some chiropractic and nutrition, are often much less effective.  To read more on this topic, read Nutritional Balancing Theory.

Integration.  In addition to using these advanced sciences, the programs are completely integrated, meaning that the sciences are used together in unique ways.  Otherwise, they would conflict and this would seriously reduce their effectiveness.

Each aspect is set up so that it hopefully supports and enhances all the others.  When one ignores, alters or adds to the program in any way, it tends to ruin this delicate balancing act.

I am always amused by people asking why we do not give more anti-oxidants, chelators, herbs, or something else.  It is because we know the effects of these products and they will damage the program, even if they have other benefits, which they all do.

Nutritional balancing programs, only as we offer them, are a special arrangement or configuration of parts or components, and if you change it even a little bit, it can ruin the entire program.  That is the point.

Please note that there is only one nutritional balancing science, developed by Dr. Paul Eck. All other claims made by other practitioners, not approved by Dr. Lawrence Wilson on his site, have altered Dr. Eck's principles and as such have no in depth understanding of the science, which is very unfortunate.

Further, altering even one aspect of a nutritional balancing program often ruins it rather completely.  This could be substituting different products that you like better, skipping an aspect of the diet or the supplements, or implementing other diets, such as GAPS OR PALEO, OR something else that people do all the time, such for example using other forms of meditation, other than what is recommended by Dr. Wilson.  In other words, using other products or diets, or meditation, conflicts with the entire program and it seriously reduces its effectiveness. Thus, nutritional balancing science is completely integrated, meaning that the sciences are used together in very unique way and should not be altered by yourself or other practitioners.
