Frequently asked questions
Mary’s Posture: "Fiat mihi secundum verbum tuum. Let it be done unto me according to Thy word" (The Annunciation) Goal: Establish surrender, trust, and daily rhythm
Steps 1–3: Powerlessness, Belief, Entrustment
This first phase builds the foundation for transformation through surrender and trust. We identify attachments that steal peace — anxiety, control, digital distractions, worldly consumption — and begin learning to let them go. Together, we create a personalized daily protocol that includes prayer, reflection, and practical routines.
Marian Focus: Contemplate the Blessed Virgin's "yes" at the Annunciation — her complete surrender to God's plan. Practice: Morning offering, daily Holy Rosary (Joyful Mysteries), journaling on surrender and trust.
Mary’s Posture: Our Lady of Sorrows standing at the foot of the Cross (The Crucifixion) Goal: Interior examination, confession, and purification Steps 4–7: Moral Inventory, Confession, Readiness, Humility
This phase is one of purification and grace. Through a guided examination of conscience, you'll carefully uncover patterns and wounds that block your peace — always with compassion, never condemnation. We prepare for sacramental confession (when available) and learn the freedom of humility and forgiveness.
Marian Focus: The Immaculate Heart of Mary — she sees our struggles with love, not judgment. Practice: Sorrowful Mysteries, Litany of Humility, journaling on interior freedom.
Mary’s Posture: Queen of the Apostles (Pentecost) Goal: Repair relationships, restore order, and establish sustainable practice Steps 8–10: Amends, Daily Inventory, Rebuilding
This is the phase of reconciliation — healing relationships, rebuilding order, and practicing virtue in daily life. You'll make amends with gentleness and discernment, and establish a nightly examen as a habit of peace.
Marian Focus: Our Lady at Cana — she notices what's missing and quietly restores it. Practice: Glorious Mysteries, acts of charity and mercy, prayers for those we've harmed, daily examination of conscience.
Mary’s Posture: The Visitation — bearing Christ to others Goal: Deepen prayer life, live your mission, and sustain transformation Steps 11–12: Prayer, Mission, Witness
The final phase is one of deep prayer and purpose. Here, you learn to live your faith with contemplative devotion and share it naturally with others. Through meditative prayer, sacred silence, and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, you learn to hear God's voice in the interior of your soul. You begin to discern how your renewal can bring souls to Christ.
Marian Focus: The Blessed Virgin's Visitation — she carries Christ with love and humility. Practice: Glorious Mysteries, Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament, acts of charity, spiritual reading.
