Frequently asked questions
Mary’s Posture: “Let it be done to me” (The Annunciation) Goal: Establish surrender, trust, and daily rhythm Steps 1–3: Powerlessness, Belief, Entrustment
This first phase builds the foundation for transformation through surrender and trust. We identify attachments that steal peace — anxiety, control, digital distractions, consumption — and begin learning to release them. Together, we create a personalized daily protocol that includes prayer, reflection, and practical routines.
Marian Focus: Contemplate Mary’s “yes” at the Annunciation — her complete surrender to God’s plan. Practice: Morning offering, daily Rosary (Joyful Mysteries), journaling on surrender and trust.
Mary’s Posture: Standing at the foot of the Cross (The Crucifixion) Goal: Interior examination, confession, and purification Steps 4–7: Moral Inventory, Confession, Readiness, Humility
This phase is one of purification and grace. Through a guided moral inventory, you’ll gently uncover patterns and wounds that block your peace — always with compassion, never condemnation. We prepare for sacramental confession (when available) and learn the freedom of humility and forgiveness.
Marian Focus: Mary’s Immaculate Heart — she sees our struggles with love, not judgment. Practice: Sorrowful Mysteries, Litany of Humility, journaling on interior freedom.
Mary’s Posture: Mother of the Church (Pentecost) Goal: Repair relationships, restore order, and establish sustainable practice Steps 8–10: Amends, Daily Inventory, Rebuilding
This is the phase of reconciliation — healing relationships, rebuilding order, and integrating virtue into daily life. You’ll make amends with gentleness and discernment, and establish a nightly examen as a habit of peace.
Marian Focus: Mary at Cana — she notices what’s missing and quietly restores it. Practice: Glorious Mysteries, acts of charity, prayers for those we’ve harmed, daily examination of conscience.
Mary’s Posture: The Visitation — carrying Christ to others Goal: Deepen prayer life, live your mission, and sustain transformation Steps 11–12: Prayer, Mission, Witness
The final phase is one of deep prayer and purpose. Here, you learn to live your faith with contemplative joy and share it naturally with others. Through Lectio Divina, silence, and adoration, your prayer becomes listening. You begin to discern how your renewal can bless others.
Marian Focus: Mary’s Visitation — she carries Christ with love and humility. Practice: Luminous Mysteries, Eucharistic adoration, acts of service, gratitude journaling.
