The Marian 12-Steps Journey

A Catholic approach to interior freedom through the Marian 12-Step Journey

Rediscover interior freedom through Mary’s example of humility, prayer, and holy detachment

Who This Journey Is For

  • You’ve been praying faithfully, but anxiety and control still dominate your days.

  • You want to live your Catholic faith more deeply — not just believe, but be transformed.

  • You’re ready to detach from the noise, slow down, and rebuild your life around peace, prayer, and order.

  • You desire to walk with Mary toward a calmer, more surrendered way of living.

  • You have been called to Marian devotion.

What I Offer

Life can feel overwhelming when daily routines, responsibilities, and attachments pile up. Anxiety, control, stress, and worldly distractions steal your peace and pull you away from what truly matters.

My coaching offers a different path - one rooted in Catholic faith, the intercession of Mary, and the transformative wisdom of the 12 Steps. Through this journey, you'll learn to detach from what doesn't serve you and build a sustainable "protocol" of prayer, reflection, and intentional living.

This isn't just stress management - it's spiritual formation for everyday life.

The Marian 12-Step Journey

FROM ATTACHMENT TO FREEDOM

My coaching is structured around four phases, each walking with Our Lady through a sacred mystery:

Phase 1: The Annunciation — Saying "Yes" to God
Steps 1-3: Surrender, Belief, Entrustment
Release control and learn to trust God's plan for your life.

Phase 2: The Cross — Purified in Love
Steps 4-7: Moral Inventory, Confession, Humility
Examine your patterns with compassion, experience sacramental healing when accessible, and become ready for transformation.

Phase 3: The Visitation — Going Forth to Serve
Steps 8-10: Amends, Daily Practice
Repair relationships, restore order, and establish sustainable daily rhythms.

Phase 4: Pentecost — Empowered to Witness
Steps 11-12: Prayer & Mission

Deepen your prayer life and discover how your transformation serves others.

Through the Marian 12-Step protocol, we address the core areas affecting your peace and purpose:

Daily Routines & Habit-Building

Stress Management & Mental Clarity

Aligning actions with values and purpose

Supporting others while maintaining your own well-being

How We Work Together

Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on real-life outcomes.
You’ll receive actionable guidance you can implement immediately.
Each plan is customized to your life, priorities, and circumstances.

Important to Know

This is spiritual coaching, not spiritual direction or therapy.

I provide structure, accountability, and practical guidance for living the 12 Steps.

Sacramental Access:
We work with your reality. When Mass and confession are accessible, we integrate them. When they're not, we focus on perfect act of contrition, spiritual communion, confiteor, daily Rosary, Lectio Divina, and other Catholic devotional practices.

Timeline:
Most participants need 4-6 months to complete all 12 steps. Transformation takes time and faithfulness.

Brief FAQ Section

Do I need to be Catholic?

The Marian 12-Step Journey is grounded in Catholic teaching and devotion to Mary. While most participants are Catholic, anyone sincerely drawn to the Rosary, prayer, and spiritual renewal is welcome. Mary meets each heart where it is and gently leads every soul toward deeper faith, surrender, and peace.

What if I can't access weekly Mass/confession?

We work with your actual circumstances and provide devotional alternatives.

What if I've never prayed the Rosary?
Perfect—I'll teach you from the beginning.

Is this therapy?
No, this is spiritual coaching for formation and growth.

Can men participate?

Yes. Though my marketing often speaks to women, men are equally welcome if the framework resonates.

What if I don't finish in 6 months?
Everyone's pace is different. We can extend or adjust as needed.

What if I'm in an irregular sacramental situation?

We'll discuss this during your consultation. While we can't replace pastoral guidance from a priest, we can work on spiritual formation practices that are appropriate to your circumstances.

“In the beginning there was the Logos, and the Logos was with God, and the Logos is God.”— John 1:1

“The soul needs to follow something in order to give birth to virtue: this something is God; if we follow Him we shall live aright.”
— St. Augustine
