What I Offer
Life can feel overwhelming when daily routines, responsibilities, and attachments pile up. Anxiety, control, stress, and worldly distractions steal your peace and pull you away from what truly matters.
My coaching offers a different path - one rooted in Catholic faith, the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the transformative wisdom of the 12 Steps. Through this journey, you'll learn to detach from what doesn't serve you and build a sustainable "protocol" of prayer, reflection, and intentional living.
This isn't just stress management - it's spiritual formation for the salvation of your soul.
From Attachment to Freedom
My coaching is structured around four phases, each walking with Our Lady through a sacred mystery:
Phase 1: Foundation with Mary — The Annunciation (Weeks 1–4)
Steps 1-3: Surrender, Belief, Entrustment
Release control and learn to trust God's plan for your life.
Phase 2: Purification with Mary — The Cross (Weeks 5–12)
Steps 4-7: Moral Inventory, Confession, Humility
Examine your patterns with compassion, experience sacramental healing when accessible,
and become ready for transformation.
Phase 3: Restoration with Mary — Pentecost (Weeks 13–18)
Steps 8-10: Amends, Daily Practice and Rebuilding
Repair relationships, restore order, and establish sustainable daily rhythms empowered by the Holy Spirit..
Phase 4: Mission with Mary — The Visitation (Weeks 19–24)
Steps 11-12: Prayer & Mission
Deepen your prayer life and discover how your transformation serves others.

This is spiritual coaching, not spiritual direction or therapy.
I provide structure, accountability, and practical guidance for living the 12 Steps.

Brief FAQ Section
Q: Do I need to be Catholic to participate?
A: This program is designed specifically for Catholics and those drawn to Catholic devotion and Marian spirituality. However, Christians from other traditions who are comfortable with Catholic practices like the Holy Rosary and sacramental preparation are welcome.
Q: What if I don't have regular access to confession?
A: Many participants face this challenge. We'll prepare you for sacramental confession when it becomes available, and in the meantime, we'll work with practices like acts of perfect contrition, spiritual exercises, and deep examination of conscience. The program is designed to work within your circumstances.
Q: Is this addiction recovery?
A: Not in the traditional sense. This program addresses modern attachments—anxiety, control, digital distraction, perfectionism, worldly consumption patterns—that rob us of peace. If you struggle with substance addiction, I can refer you to appropriate resources alongside this spiritual formation work.
Q: How long does the full journey take?
A: The complete journey is 24 weeks (approximately 6 months) with weekly sessions. Some participants choose a slower pace (9-12 months) for deeper integration, while others begin with a 3-month foundation track (Steps 1-7).
Q: What is "The Protocol"?
A: The Protocol is your personalized daily structure that includes prayer (especially the Holy Rosary), spiritual reading, journaling, examination of conscience, and practical detachment practices. It's tailored to your life, schedule, and circumstances—and evolves with you throughout the journey.
Q: Do I need to pray the Rosary every day?
A: The Holy Rosary is central to this Marian journey. We start where you are—even if that's just one decade daily—and build from there. The goal is sustainable practice, not perfection.
Q: What if I fall behind or struggle to keep up?
A: This is normal and expected. The journey is about progress, not perfection. We adjust the pace to your life, and every session includes compassionate accountability and practical guidance.
Q: Is this spiritual direction?
A: No. I'm a Catholic spiritual coach, not a spiritual director. Spiritual direction focuses on discerning God's movements in your life and requires specific formation. Coaching focuses on practical transformation, building sustainable habits, and walking the 12 Steps with Marian accompaniment. If you need spiritual direction, I can help you find a qualified director in your area.
Q: What are the program costs?
A: Program options and investment levels are discussed during the free consultation call. Payment plans are available.
