Dr. Paul Eck
Nutritional balancing science was developed by Dr. Paul C. Eck, during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Dr. Eck was a physician and mineral researcher who spent his entire adult life developing the ideas and practical application of this science.
Eck drew upon the work of many innovative doctors and scientists of the twentieth century, including Hans Selye, MD (the stress theory of disease), Melvin Page, DDS (autonomic nervous system balancing), and George Watson, PhD (originated the oxidation types). Watson helped him make sense of hair mineral tests and opened the way for a scientific method of interpretation of this test and much more.
He extended Watson's work by making a startling correlation between the oxidation types and the stages of stress, as elucidated by Dr. Hans Selye, MD. He synthesized a new system of healing specifically for the needs of the 21st century. Dr. Lawrence Wilson was blessed to have spent 14 years as his apprentice and assistant.
Dr. Paul Eck passed on in 1996, two years after I (Josephine) had the fortune of having him write a personal report about my hair test results.
Dr. Wilson has continued and expanded Dr. Eck's work, doing his best to hold fast to his principles.
Others have also continued Dr. Eck's work, but most have modified his principles and as a result, Dr. Wilson has found their work much less effective.
Dr. Eck developed the science of hair mineral analysis interpretation far beyond anyone else that we are aware of.
Today (2017), Dr. Eck’s children maintain Analytical Research Laboratories in Phoenix, Arizona, USA and Endomet Laboratories, which Dr. Eck founded.
This website is dedicated to his work, and to its expansion since his death in 1996.

Dr. Lawrence Wilson
Dr. Wilson learned the basics from Dr. Paul C. Eck, a brilliant biochemist and founder of Analytical Research Laboratories.
He has expanded the science since Dr. Eck passed away in 1996.
Dr. Wilson added to the diet, the nutrient supplementation, and the procedures, all of which enhance the success of the program.
* Dr. Wilson has a medical degree, and prefers to work as an unlicensed nutrition consultant.
